30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your bike for any reason.
Return Condition
Bikes must be in original condition, unassembled, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping for defective bikes. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
